WEST PALM BEACH, FL – After a loaded week of football in Week 4, here’s a detailed breakdown of where every team stands in this week’s top 10 and why.

- WEST BOCA RATON – After a their win over #2 Cardinal Newman, West Boca has solidified their spot at #1 for this week and beyond. As they continue to play national play this week against St. Johns (Washington D.C.) the Bulls will sit atop the rankings.
- CARDINAL NEWMAN – After a loss to #1 West Boca, the Crusaders’ 5 year winning streak over the county has come to a close. Although, they still sit as one of the premier teams in the county and are set to host Jensen Beach this Friday looking to get back into the win column
- JUPITER – A blowout win against Boca Raton keeps the Warriors at 3. However, a tall test is at they go to Lakes this Thursday to play the last three quarters. The score will be 7-0 at the beginning of the second
- ATLANTIC – A win over former #3 Pahokee bring the Eagles back up to #3. There was questions to be answered for the Eagles this season and they’ve stepped up to the plate. They’ll play the second half of their back to back against Muck Schools for their home opener this Friday.
- PALM BEACH CENTRAL – In a Wellington Cup game that felt close and not close simultaneously, PBC was able to pull out a win over Wellington and advance to 4-0. The Broncos are on a bye this week before they travel to Lakes in week 6.
- PALM BEACH LAKES – The Rams slide up one spot to #6. This weeks makeup against Jupiter has major ranking implications. This is because win will slide them up a few spots, however a loss could mean a drop. Lakes fans, this is the week where things can shake!
- PAHOKEE – Atlantic was able to halt the Blue Devils’ hot start but they look to rebound this week against Boynton Beach. Pahokee is in position to still be a top contender from the 561.
- ROYAL PALM – After Royal sneaked by Glades Central this week, they remain at 8. The Wildcats have a bye week before traveling to South Fork.
- SPANISH RIVER – After a stint in honorable mention and a convincing win the Sharks are back! However, this week’s matchup at Vero Beach is a tall task and a win for the Sharks will shoot them up in the rankings this week.
- AMERICAN HERITAGE – The Stallions remain unbeaten and will travel to King’s for one of the biggest matchups of the week.
HONORABLE MENTIONS – King’s Academy, Wellington, Santaluces
A win this week for King’s WILL move them up to the Top 10, Wellington is on BYE before their district gauntlet, and Santaluces looks to turn things around as they host Park Vista.
