Midseason: Class of 2022 positional rankings

NEP Team

PALM BEACH COUNTY – By now, we have a very good idea of how our area’s senior high school football players are doing on the field.

If we are going solely by production from Week 1 to Week 6, there exists an ample amount of film for all to watch and evaluate for themselves. There also exists a reliable sample size of statistical data from MaxPreps that we can view in an objective sense.

At the same time, we have a host of variables that are in play.

We can point to the rash of injuries that have sidelined some of our top overall players. We can point to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has limited some players and teams more than others.

We can point to other factors that are not known – and should not – be known to the masses, as personal matters are private and sensitive for a reason.

This is why we strive to take all factors into consideration and make sure we promote positivity in this space, while doing our best to highlight as many players as we possibly can.

With that being said, here are our latest positional rankings for the Class of 2022.
