WEST PALM BEACH – Palm Beach Lakes defensive back Winsome Frazier has found his future college home.

On Saturday, July 25, Frazier has pledged his commitment to Iowa State, per his Twitter account.

“I would like to thank my parents and family for being there for me and helping me during this journey,” Frazier said on his Twitter account. “With that being said, I will be committing to Iowa State University.”

For Frazier, Iowa State had the perfect combination for him.

“They had everything I needed,” Frazier said. “Their education, a place for me to feel like I’m home.”

Frazier chose to commit before the start of the 2020 season because of fear that the 2020 season might be cancelled.

“I feel like we aren’t going to have a season because of what is going on in the world right now,” Frazier explained when asked why he chose to make his decision early.

A three-star prospect by 247Sports Composite, Frazier is the 18th recruit in the Iowa State recruiting class. Frazier chose Iowa State over offers from Ilinois, UCF, USF, Maryland, among others.
