WEST PALM BEACH- Kings’ Academy (7-1) Quarterback Joe Dailey (’25) has been one of the most efficient passers this season.

Despite missing a few games due to a hip injury, Dailey has still dominated defenses in the time he has played. Also, the whole Lions’ team missed their Week 10 senior night and district championship matchup against Inlet Grove due to forfeit.

Even though he has missed significant time, the Lion lefty has still put up impressive numbers this season, recording:

257 Rushing Yards

18 Total Touchdowns

0 Interceptions

132.1% QBR

Even with the shortened schedule, Joe is very happy with how his junior season has gone. When asked, Joe said:

“I’ve loved my junior season so far! Our whole team has a really strong bond and I’m very grateful to have a great group of players and coaches around me.” Dailey said. “We just want to get better each week, and we have the tools to do that. Even though I missed some time early in the season, my guys kept getting the job done and we stayed in the win column.”

Like most quarterbacks, Joe has a strong connection with his skill position players, WR/DB Javian Jones (’25), RB Marion Victor (’24) and Reggie Workman (’24), as well as his offensive line. Dailey has high praise for his talented teammates, saying:

“I have a great relationship with my skills and my O-Line. I love playing with them and our chemistry has grown each week. ” Dailey said. “My teammates make my job so much easier because I trust they will be open on a consistent basis, which allows for us to make big plays. The o line is the heart of our offense, they give their all on every play in the run and pass game, there’s no other people I’d rather have blocking for me. Javian and I have grown together since freshman year when we played JV together.”

This chemistry is on full display every week, as these Lions’ playmakers are constantly finding themselves in the end zone, marching to victory en route to their 7-1 record including that District Championship.

After the Lions’ unexpected bye last week, Joe Dailey will lead a recharged TKA into enemy territory to face Benjamin on Friday, November 3rd. Kickoff is slated for 6:30 P.M.
