Atlantic defeats Ely in big District game 42-13

Pompano Beach, Fla- What an exciting night for the Atlantic Eagles! Both the Atlantic Eagles and Blanche Ely teams put on a spectacular show. Despite some initial weather delays and power issues, neither team let these obstacles stop them. Blanche Ely and Atlantic High came ready to play, showcasing their skills on both offense and defense.


Blanche Ely started strong with their running game. Quarterback Omari McNeal (#9) connected with wide receiver Gary Hadley (#8) for a big play in the first half. Their defense also stepped up to the challenge. On the other side, Atlantic High’s Eagles were equally impressive. Quarterback Lincoln Garfield (#19) made some significant plays, moving the offense effectively to score touchdowns.
Running back DeAndre Desinor (#1) had an outstanding night, thanks to the offensive line creating big holes for his runs. He scored two touchdowns. Wide receiver James Jones (#6) also shone brightly, scoring three touchdowns and making explosive plays.
The defense was determined to make a statement. Atlantic High’s Jamir Johnson (#11) and Moise Paul (#17) made crucial sacks during essential drives. The defense knew the game was on the line and shut down Blanche Ely’s efforts. Despite a strong fight from Blanche Ely, the Atlantic Eagles dominated, ending the game with a decisive 42-13 victory.
