GAINESVILLE – For approximately 30 minutes on this past Friday afternoon (May 5), the FHSAA hosted a special session that revealed all of the state’s playoff teams in seven classifications (1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A, and 7A).
To simplify matters, we will place our focus on Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.
For starters, we have no teams in Class 1A. This will take us to Class 2A, Class 3A, Class 4A, Class 5A, Class 6A, and Class 7A.
Here are all of our area teams that qualified for the baseball state playoffs:
CLASS 2A – REGION 4
No. 2 seed John Carroll (17-10)
No. 4 seed Trinity Christian Academy (15-8)
No. 7 seed Jupiter Christian (8-12)

In total, 18 teams from Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast have made the state playoff field.
