Orlando, FL.- Breaking News: Palm Beach Central’s 3-Star LB Antoine Sharp (’26) has committed to UCF, he tells the NewEraPrep staff! Sharp, a 6 foot 1 linebacker pledged his verbal commitment to the Knights today, April 8 via social media.

Antoine Sharp chose the Knights over 21 offers, including Florida State, Missouri and Indiana. When asked about his commitment, Antoine stated:
“I’m super blessed to get this opportunity of being a UCF Knight!!”
Over the past two seasons, Antoine Sharp has solidified himself as one of the top defensive players in South Florida. Sharp is one of the most physically imposing prospects in the class, possessing the ideal “D1 build” that coaches fall in love with. Antoine doesn’t just look the part, he also impresses just as much on the field.
Sharp can do it all- he’s strong, fast, physical and hits like a runaway train. No sugar coating anything, you do NOT want to meet Antoine Sharp in a gap.
The addition of Antoine Sharp to UCF’s 2026 recruiting class elevates the Knights inside the Top 40 national classes, per the 24/7 Composite. Sharp joins a loaded defensive class, featuring fellow 3-Star LB Commits Kymani Morales and Michael McClenton, as well as 3-Star DB Elijah Duncan.
Also worth noting- Antoine Sharp will be reuniting with his former Palm Beach Central teammates WR Waden Charles and DB Tony Williams when he arrives in Orlando.
