Breaking: Browder joins the ‘Pack

Raleigh, NC- Breaking News: Santaluces WR Jamar Browder (’25) announces his verbal commitment to NC St. University.

Browder made his commitment public tonight (June 9) via his social media accounts.

Earlier this weekend (June 7-June 9) Browder took an official visit to NC St. After his time on campus was over, Jamar swiftly announced his commitment.

When asked about what led to his commitment, Jamar eagerly said:

“Everything. From the second that I stepped on campus, I knew NC St was my home.” Browder stated. “Everyone was welcoming to my family, and it was an amazing experience. I’m truly excited to be a part of the Wolfpack.”

Browder, a 6 foot 4 WR is one of the most electric players in South Florida. Jamar pairs his natural size and athleticism with sneaky elite route running to make him the complete package.

He uses that natural height to dominate opposing defenders on red-zone fades.

Following a 9-3 record in 2023, the NC State Wolfpack is turning into one of the premiere teams in the ACC.

Jamar now becomes the ‘Pack’s 6th commitment in the 2025 Recruiting Class. NC State has also secured verbal commitments from elite 3-Stars: ATH Robert Jones (Vero Beach) and QB Will Wilson (SC.), among others.

NC State has also been linked to numerous top talents across South Florida.
