Earlier this week, The University of Central Florida (UCF) Knights made some buzz on social media after it was announced they have scheduled a 2030 home non-conference matchup with Florida International (FIU).

UCF would supplement the report by announcing their current slate of scheduled non-conference games from 2027 all the way to 2033. With this announcement, the Knights unknowingly revealed multiple marquee home/away opportunities, including the Florida Gators ( home 2030, away 2033) and the Northwestern Wildcats (away 2028, home 2031).

Another game that’s putting all eyes on South Florida is UCF’s reported 2028 in-state tussle with Florida Atlantic. This would be UCF and FAU’s first meeting since the Owls hosted the Knights in September of 2022. The Central Florida Space Force would defeat The Beach Boys of Boca Raton 40-14 after a 400 All Purpose Yard outing from QB John Rhys Plumlee.
