Breaking News: 3-Star QB Mason Mallory TRANSFERS to St. Thomas Aquinas

Broward County, FL.- Breaking News: 3-Star QB Mason Mallory announces his intention to TRANSFER to St. Thomas Aquinas, he tells New Era Prep.

Mallory, a 6 foot 1 left-handed QB broke out his junior season, leading West Boca Raton to their first FHSAA State Title in program history. During the 6A State game, Mallory went 6/11 for 147 yards and 2 Passing Touchdowns.

Mason Mallory, a 3 year starter throughout his high school career, has gotten stronger after each season. During his career, Mallory tossed for 4,931 yards and 63 total touchdowns. Mason Mallory is the definition of a gun-slinging passer. While watching him play, it’s evidentially clear that he’s not afraid to take risky deep shots. Over the past season, Mallory’s truly developed into a QB that’s ready for the next level.

As a veteran starter, Mallory served as a calming force for his offense. All season, West Boca matched up against top programs from across the State, with many of those games going down to the wire. When Mason Mallory was on the field, the Bull’s offense retained composure, and closed out those games.

Mason joins a St. Thomas Aquinas squad coming off a 2024 State Championship title of their own. The Raiders graduate two year starter Andrew Indorf, who led STA to two consecutive State titles. During the offseason, STA graduates two of their top receivers: Branden Hoch (FAU), and Cameron Roberts (Tulane), while sophomore star Ah’Mari Stevens transferred to American Heritage (Plantation). However, the Raiders will return Julius Jones (’27), who hauled in 750 Yards and 6 scores in 2024.

Mason Mallory currently holds 9 Division I FBS Offers, including: FAU, Pitt, Indiana, Eastern Michigan, James Madison, Akron, Marshall, UMass, and USF.
