Ricky Knight III has been quite a talk lately. With his transfer to Cardinal Newman he quickly announced that he was going to commit on July 1st. Taking 3 official visits this summer, it was in between one of the three schools. 

Ultimately the descion really just came down to him. With all three being great schools, and him loving all 3 visits. 

“FSU was my first offer it’s really special that I get to go to a school that was the first one to believe in me” Knight says. “Coach Norvell is great and I cannot wait to get in work with him next season” 

His next season is going to be a big one to watch. Now a 4 Star FSU Commit, Knight has it all. With a new school under his belt and new teammates he is excited for this upcoming season. “I’ve played with some of them boys before so I’m so excited to reconnect with them”. 

With his first offer being at the end of January, Knight gained ~ 25 offers in less than 6 months, being named DB MVP at the Orlando, Florida UA Next Camp and many more accomplishments. 

We cannot wait for more of Knight now on the Noles field. From the whole New Era Prep team, but mostly Clara, congratulations Ricky, and good luck in Tallahassee.
