When asked about the monumental decision- Champ kept it short and sweet by saying
“It’s God’s plan.”
When the film comes on, it’s clear that the name Wonderful translates to on field elitism. Since the first time I got eyes on him early on into the 2024 freshman season, Monds has possessed an unmatched poise on the field. Champ Monds is methodical on the field, patiently waiting for the right moment before unleashing his wicked arm for explosive plays in the air, or breaking off a giant run.
During his freshman season at Vero, Monds recorded the following stats:
2,234 yards, 31 Total TD, 68% completion
2234 passing yards
