ATLANTA, GEORGIA – #67th-ranked Cape Verde stuns ranked #2 Spain in their first World Cup debut ever last night, June 15th.

Spain started the match strongly with multiple shots and maintained most of the possession in the first half

Cape Verde responded with excellent defense, preventing Spain from having a clear shot at the net, and most praise to their 40-year-old veteran, Vozinha.
