JENSEN BEACH – Easton Scott has been a steadying force on the field for the Jensen Beach Falcons.
After five games played, the Treasure Coast’s fourth-ranked overall player from the 2025 class has posted the following statistics:
•38 total tackles (18 solo)
•12 tackles for loss
•1.5 sacks
•1 pass breakup

Scott spoke on the Jensen Beach defense, which has allowed just 24 points in five games played – an average of 4.8 points allowed per game.
“So far our defense has been very good this season,” Scott said. “I feel our offense is starting to come around more every week. We’ll be a tough team to beat the second half of the season.”
Scott’s best individual game to date came in Week 5 at home against Benjamin. Though it resulted in a 24-0 loss – Jensen Beach’s first one of the season after a 4-0 start – the defensive leader made his presence felt on the field with these statistics:

The 6-foot-1, 200-pound athlete spoke on the Benjamin game and how it elevated him as a player overall.
“I knew it was a big game against a team loaded with Division 1 athletes,” Scott said. “But i also thought of it as a game I could show everybody my talents and stand out against top competition.”
What was Scott’s best play against Benjamin?
“Not one individual play, but one drive,” Scott said. “I had three tackles for loss and sacks in a row, which made them punt eventually. But the defensive line and the defense scheme made everything possible. This happened at the end of the first drive, I believe.”
Scott credits head coach Timothy Caffey and the entire Jensen Beach coaching staff for his and his teammates’ success to date.
“Coach Caffey and the rest of the coaching staff and great coaches and mentors”, Scott said. “They are very caring of their players and always and put them in the best spots to succeed.”
At this time, Scott has no college scholarship offers. But he believes they will come over time.
“I’m still working my hardest to get my name out there,” Scott said. “A lot of hard work is starting to pay off”.
