It was the Devin Singletary show early and often as he had two rushing touchdowns in the first quarter on consecutive FAU drives. Quarterback Jason Driskel went 10 of 13 for 166 yards, 1 Touchdown. FAU pulled its starters out with a little over a minute left in the third quarter, Dwyer High School alum quarterback Daniel Parr ran the show the rest of the night as the game was well in hand at this point with FAU up 62-17 after a 82 yard touchdown run by Seminole Ridge high school alum running back Kerrith Whyte Jr to end the third quarter. Kerrith’s run broke FAU’s longest rushing touchdown from scrimmage record. Kerrith credited his record breaking run to the offensive line “Honestly the O-line did a great job, I just stayed patient and a big hole opened up like the red sea and I ran as fast as I could.”
