Breaking: Dominique Bradshaw has accepted a position as Wofford’s Corner Backs Coach, he tells NewEraPrep. By adding Bradshaw to the staff, Wofford has gained one of the top up and coming coordinators in the game whose previous experience as a player and pedigree as a developer speak for itself.
As a Coach
Coach Bradshaw previously served as the Assistant Defensive Backs Coach (GA) at Florida Atlantic last season, as part of Zach Kittley’s inaugural staff. During his lone season in Paradise, Coach Dom Bradshaw helped develop the Owls’ secondary into one of the top units in the American, boasting the 4th highest defensive grade in the league at 72.7 (per PFSN). Florida Atlantic’s secondary would boast 3 of the top 10 highest graded DB’s in the Conference with Lawrence Johnson 83.5/ Damarius McGhee 82.5/ Terez Reid 80.7 (per PFSN). Off the field, Coach Bradshaw was heavily involved on the recruiting circuit, serving as one of the primary recruiters for the Owls.
As a Player
During his playing career, Dom Bradshaw set the tone as being a physical ball hawk on the field. In his two year career at Navarro Junior College (2018-19 seasons) Bradshaw would lay down a program record 9 Pass Breakups in a 3 game span. His elite play would help lead Navarro to become 2019 SWJCFC Conference Champs.
After transferring to Western Kentucky for the 2020-22 seasons, Coach Bradshaw’s elite play would continue to elevate. Bradshaw entered Conference USA with a force, recording 17 tackles and 10 PBU’s (12th NCAA), earning All-CUSA honors. At the end of his collegiate career, Dominique Bradshaw finished with 92 tackles 28 PBUs, 1.5 TFLs, 1INT.
Now- Coach Dom Bradshaw once again elevates, taking his talents to Spartanburg, SC. to become the new Defensive Backs coach at Wofford. The Terriers finished last season 6-6, allowing 17.25 Points per game. Wofford’s secondary was a certified no fly zone in 2025, as Maximus Pulley lead the SoCon Conference with 5 Interceptions, followed up immediately by Eli Campbell’s 4.
What can Wofford expect now?
As the Wofford Terriers prepare for the 2026 spring, you can expect an injection of fire into that defense. Throughout last season at Florida Atlantic, the Owls’ secondary moved with an unwavering swagger. They were fast, they were physical and most importantly- the Owls soared to the ball, which resembles Coach Bradshaw’s collegiate film to a T. Expect that type of culture to be instilled early into this off-season.
