PORT ST. LUCIE- Centennial High School hosted its second annual Autism Acceptance Invitational tournament at South County Stadium Friday (March 31).
No. 3 Lincoln Park Academy (8-2) No. 4 Fort Pierce Westwood (7-2) and No. 9 Centennial High School (4-6) all participated in the Tournament with spectacular performances.
Fort Pierce Westwood defeated Centennial 9-0 in the first round.
Lincoln Park Academy defeated Fort Pierce Westwood 25-0 in the second round, with touchdowns from Lahela Cornett, Reese Williams and Faith Hall. QB Leah Murphy had 2 Rushing touchdowns.
Lincoln Park Academy went on to win the tournament defeating Centennial 20-0 in the last round. Lincoln Park had touchdowns from Faith Hall, Lahela Cornett, Reese Williams and Kylah Tiger.
Lincoln Park has won its last 5 games in blowouts, but recently just beat No.10 Jensen Beach (2-9) in double overtime 19-13 and will face off Sebring (5-3) April 4th, Tuesday evening at 7:30pm located in Lincoln Park Academy
Fort Pierce Westwood has a record of (7-2) and will face No. 6 South Fork (5-3) Tuesday evening April 12th, at Fort Pierce Westwood in the time of 6:00pm.
Centennial will travel to Palm Beach on April 4th Tuesday afternoon in a match up against No. 7 Palm Beach Gardens (6-4) at Palm Beach Gardens Community High School at 6pm.
