It’s year two of John Jakus Basketball in Paradise!
Moments ago, Florida Atlantic just announced their finalized men’s basketball schedule for their non-conference slate. The Owls feature a host of marquee matchups, including trips to the Field of 68 Tip Off and the Sunshine Slam, alongside facing some of the top names in mid-major hoops.
FAU’s full non-conference schedule lists as follows:
Oct. 30- Florida Tech (Exhibition)
Nov. 3- vs Boston College
Field of 68 Tip Off (Nov 8/9 in Lynchburg, VA.)
Nov. 8- vs College of Charleston
Nov. 9- @ Liberty
Nov. 17- vs Coastal Georgia
Nov. 20- vs Pacific
Sunshine Slam (Nov. 24/25, in Daytona Beach, FL.)
Nov. 24- vs Loyola Marymount
Nov. 25- vs George Mason/Ohio
Nov. 30- vs St Bonaventure
Dec. 7- @ FGCU
Dec. 10- vs St Leo
Dec. 13- vs Albany
Dec. 19- @ St Mary’s
Dec. 23- UCF (Neutral Site)
The American Conference has previously announced the Owls’ conference opponents, but specific dates have not yet been announced. Florida Atlantic will face the following opponents in League play:
Home/Home: Memphis, South Florida, Tulane, Temple, Wichita State, UTSA
Home: Tulsa, East Carolina, Charlotte
Away: Rice, UAB, North Texas
