PALM BEACH COUNTY – We have officially reached the end of the 2022-2023 season in girls basketball.

As with every previous set of team rankings, we go solely by what MaxPreps tell us and shows us. 

With that said, for the final release of this season, you will see that only one change was made from the previous set of rankings.

One team took another team’s No. 10 spot. Every other team ranked from No. 1 to No. 9 remained in place.
