Royal Palm Beach boasts one of the most fun offenses in Palm Beach County, and tonight, the Wildcats unleashed the full strength of their artillery.

The Wildcats set the tone early in tonight’s matchup vs Boca Raton, as Running Back Demetrice Rolle took the opening kick of the game 99 yards to the house to give his squad an early 6-0 lead.

On the first real offensive drive of the evening, Royal Palm began the first round in tonight’s fireworks show, as QB Max Griner hit WR Raoul Brown for a 27 yard touchdown. The Griner show didn’t stop there, as his connection with his big body 6 foot 4 WR James Smith was quite literally unstoppable.

The duo of Max Griner and James Smith would go onto tally in three touchdowns on the night, a showcase of using size advantages to your advantage.

Griner wasn’t just tossing the ball around the park tonight, as he made several big plays with his feet, including a three yard touchdown rush. Royal Palm’s ground game was just as lethal, as Demetrice Rolle and Tyree Pearson provided a one two backfield punch that left their opposing defense stunned.

Royal Palm now propels to 5-1 on the season, with their next battle serving as their most important. Next Friday Night (Oct. 10) the Wildcats host the defending 6A State Champion West Boca Raton Bulls in a matchup that could shake the foundation of the FHSAA seedings.
