The Jupiter Warriors continued their hot start to the 2025 season, improving to 4-0 with a 24-13 victory over the Spanish River Sharks on Thursday night.

Key Moments

The turning point came late in the fourth quarter. With the Sharks trailing 17-7 and driving on a must-score possession, three star ATH Ayden Passley delivered a huge sack on 3rd and 7 with 2:33 left in the game. That forced the Sharks into a “4th and forever” situation they couldn’t convert, handing Jupiter the ball deep in Sharks territory.

Just three plays later, running back Correy Fountain broke loose for a 27-yard touchdown run to put Jupiter ahead 24-7 with only 1:09 left on the clock.

The Sharks showed fight until the end, as quarterback Jaeden Phillips connected with wide receiver Jayden Elder for their second touchdown of the night with just 54 seconds remaining. But Spanish River failed to recover the onside kick, allowing Jupiter to run out the clock and seal the win.

Warrior Standouts

The Warriors’ defense set the tone all night. Senior DE/TE KJ Larsen had a monumental impact, dominating in the run game and delivering a key 4th-down stop in crunch time. After the game, Larsen spoke about the team’s motivation:

“We’re playing for something bigger than ourselves. I just wanted to do whatever it took to help my team win.”

On the offensive side, running back Jayden Roberts continued his steady production but praised his teammates instead of his own stat line.

“It’s never about me — it’s about the team. Our offensive line is the reason we’re able to dominate like this.”

Looking Ahead

The win puts Jupiter at 4-0 and in prime position to capture the district crown. Their biggest test looms on September 26, 2025, when they face Palm Beach Central in a matchup that could decide the district championship.

With a balanced offense, a selfless leader in the backfield, and a defense that delivers in the clutch, the Warriors are proving week by week that they’re playing not just for wins, but for something much bigger.
