Coral Gables, FL.- The Post-Cam Ward era of Miami football is officially here.

It seems like just yesterday that the Hurricanes faced off against the Iowa State Cyclones in the 2024 Pop-Tarts Bowl. The dawn of a new age is upon us in Coral Gables.

As Miami reloads with a strong recruiting class, both in high school and the transfer portal, the ACC has finally announced the Hurricanes’ much anticipated official 2025 schedule. In 2025, the ‘Canes will embark on the following schedule:

Week 1- 8/31 vs Notre Dame (7:30 PM Kickoff)

Week 2- 9/6 vs Bethune Cookman

Week 3- 9/13 vs USF

Week 4- 9/20- vs Florida

Week 5- BYE

Week 6- 10/4 @ Florida State

Week 7- BYE

Week 8- 10/17 vs Louisville

Week 9- 10/25 vs Stanford

Week 10- 11/1 @ SMU

Week 11- 11/8 vs Syracuse

Week 12- 11/15 vs NC State

Week 13- 11/22 @ Virginia Tech

Week 14- 11/29 @ Pitt

As you can see, the Hurricanes will host 8 home games, including 4 consecutive non conference matchups. Over the next three weeks, Miami will sandwich their rivalry matchup at Florida State between two bye’s. Another card that plays into the Hurricanes’ favor is that Miami will NOT leave the State of Florida until November 1st. The ‘Canes will then alternate home and road contests to close out the season.

Miami boasts quite a favorable schedule, as bowl eligibility is easily in grasp. Now, the quest for ACC dominance is officially set. How many wins do you think Miami comes away with next season?
