Jupiter, FL — The Jupiter Christian Eagles are coming off an incredible 2025 campaign, boasting a 12-1 record and securing their second consecutive SSAA State Championship. While those accomplishments speak for themselves, there may be more behind the Eagles’ dominance than talent alone.
What if a modern overhaul of day-to-day preparation, implemented in March 2025, helped Jupiter Christian soar to another level?
What is SNACK.io?
SNACK.io is an interactive video learning platform designed to transform traditional teaching into digestible, high-impact micro-learning. Coaches and educators can record 10–15 minute lessons, which are then analyzed by AI and broken down into 30-second to one-minute segments.
At the end of each segment, users must correctly answer an unskippable quiz question before moving forward, reinforcing retention in real time.
The platform is fully accessible on both mobile and desktop, with a mobile interface that mirrors the familiar, scroll-style experience of TikTok. The result is a learning system built not just for efficiency, but for how today’s student-athletes naturally consume information.

Software of Champions
Last spring, SNACK.io founders Dan Cruden and Dillon Schade introduced the platform to Jupiter Christian Assistant Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator Adam Dickens. The Eagles quickly became one of the first programs in the country to integrate SNACK.io into their football operations.
The impact was immediate.
“We started using SNACK during the offseason for all of our spring installs, and by the fall we were using it for game plans and scouting reports,” Dickens said. “The kids absolutely loved it. We actually ended up taking away traditional classroom meetings and just sending everything directly to their phones.”
That shift fundamentally changed the team’s preparation.
“On Sunday, we send out the SNACKs, and by Monday, our players already have the game plan, scouting report, and installs memorized. At that point, we’re just hitting the field. It’s been massive for us. At Jupiter Christian, we have talented players—but not across the board in terms of size or depth,” Dickens explained. “We’re not going to win just by being bigger or faster. Our edge comes from knowing exactly what to do and executing it the right way. SNACK helped with that tremendously.”
That preparation showed up when it mattered most: when Jupiter Christian hit the field for the SSAA State Title Game.
“Our middle linebacker, Cayden Alula, watched our defensive game plan eight times before the State Championship game. Other guys watched it three or four times. When you have 11 players all on the same page, that’s when you become dangerous.”

Time-Saving Technology
Where SNACK.io truly separates itself is in efficiency.
In a sport where time is limited and every rep matters, the platform eliminates hours of traditional preparation by combining teaching, testing, and reinforcement into one streamlined process. Instead of long meetings and drawn-out installs, players absorb information quickly, retain it and execute it.
For coaches, the difference is just as impactful.
“We want to teach them the game as best we can,” Dickens said. “But if we’re not teaching them in a way they actually learn, then we’re wasting our time and theirs. SNACK gave us the ability to meet them where they are.”
“It’s micro-learning. It’s very TikTok-style. They’re already on their phones, so now we’re turning that into a positive.”
The time savings are significant.
“Instead of spending an hour putting together a PowerPoint, presenting it, then creating and grading a quiz—that’s easily a one-to-two hour process. Now, I record a 10-minute video, send it out, and the kids get it done in 10 minutes. I’m home an hour or two earlier every day, spending time with my family.”
Student-Athlete Testimony
One of the biggest beneficiaries of SNACK.io was 2027 dual-threat quarterback Dorian Fauntleroy.
After arriving as one of the more raw prospects in the area, Fauntleroy quickly developed into one of the state’s most productive passers, totaling 2,950 yards and 39 touchdowns in a single season. He credits SNACK learning with accelerating that growth.
“SNACK is great because I can get detailed instruction anytime, anywhere,” Fauntleroy said. “Instead of waiting for install day, I’m watching and learning throughout the day at my own pace.”
“Seeing and hearing my coach explain reads and progressions, rather than trying to figure it out on my own, cuts down confusion and second guessing. And I can go back and rewatch it as many times as I need until it really sticks.”
That ability to learn on demand proved invaluable, not just for quarterbacks, but across the roster.
“Everyone learns differently, and SNACK adapts to that,” said Alula. “What I liked most was how it asked questions right after teaching something. It made sure you actually understood the install.”
“Watching SNACKs leading up to the State Championship helped me a lot. I was able to recognize formations and tendencies during the game, and that made a big difference in how we played.”
A Glimpse Into the Future
What’s happening at Jupiter Christian reflects something bigger than one program’s success.
As technology continues to reshape how information is consumed, tools like SNACK.io are redefining how teams prepare, learn, and execute. It’s not just about working harder: it’s about working smarter.
For the Eagles, that shift has already paid off in championships. But as more programs begin to adopt similar technology, the real question becomes: how long will it take before this becomes the new standard?
At Jupiter Christian, the answer is already clear: innovation isn’t just an advantage.
It’s their edge.
