Orlando, FL – Timber Creek Head Coach Jimmy Buckridge has stepped down after 24 Years, according to a press release earlier from the athletic department.

Coach “Buck” went 145-112 in his tenure at Timber Creek, winning 5 district championships and 4 metro championships.

Coach was one of the longest tenured coaches in the area as he’s been with Timber Creek from the ground up (literally). Buckridge has been at the helm since the school’s inception in 2001 and has seen tons of players come and go through the years. One thing Timber Creek has always been is a family, Many former Wolves have come back to coach football, and many other sports, a testament to the respect that they have for Coach.

Timber Creek, who last won a district championship in 2021, has been a top team on the east side of Orlando with many state tournament appearances, many college players, and a few Alum in the NFL. According to the release, Buckridge will continue to teach at TC and coach girls flag football, but the school will have its first ever coaching change and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them keep it all in-house.

Thank you for everything you’ve brought in the past 24 years, Coach!
