Mike Norvell and the Noles recruiting staff were heavily present in Palm Beach County this past recruiting cycle, picking up 5 total recruits from the 561. Led by 4 star ATH Amaree Williams from The Benjamin School, all 5 are talented players with a ton of upside and proven success. In this article we will break down every single one of these recruits and project how they will do in the fall.
1. 4 star ATH Amaree Williams
We start off this list with the highest ranked recruit committed to the Noles from Benjamin, which is in North Palm Beach. He helped the Buccaneers to a 8-3 record and a trip to the Regional Semifinals against another FSU commit Ricky Knight III from Cardinal Newman, who will be talked about later on in this list. Amaree Williams reclassed from the class of 2025 to the class of 2024 and headed up in the spring. He played on both sides of the ball, a WR on the offense and a DE on the defense. He’s 6-4, 215 pounds with a good frame.

2. 3 star CB Ricky Knight III
Our second Palm Beach County commit comes from West Palm Beach and the Cardinal Newman Crusaders. This 6-0, 175 pound cornerback led his team to a 9-2 record and a regional final appearance. Last season, he had 18 tackles and one interception with a 70 yard touchdown catch as well.

3. 3 star LB Jayden Parrish
Our next commit is from Delray Beach and Atlantic High School. He led the Eagles to a 9-2 record and a regional quarterfinal appearance. He is the only commit on this list that early enrolled and played in the spring. He is 6-1, 215 pounds with the ability to lay out a hospital hit. He recorded 68 tackles including 8.0 for loss with 4.0 sacks as well as one interception for the Eagles in his senior season.

4. 5 star K Jake Weinberg
Ranked the #2 kicker in the nation according to Kohl’s, this kicker/punter had scholarship offers to FAU and Youngstown State but chose the Noles as a preferred walk-on. He was back to back Lou Groza Palm Beach County Placekicker of the year given to the best kicker in the county. He made a 57 yard field goal junior year. He scored 131 points and registered 91 percent of touchbacks.

5. TE Luke Douglas
This QB turned TE from Jupiter High School was the main reason they went 9-2 and had a trip to the regional quarterfinals. He committed to the Noles has a PWO (Preferred Walk-On). He has great size and frame being 6-5, 217 pounds. He played QB for the Warriors but is switching to TE for the Noles.

Analysis
All of these guys have major potential and upside for the future of the Noles. They are from the football hotbed of sunny South Florida which has history of producing greats for the Noles such as Anquan Boldin, Akeem Dent, Jordan Travis, and more. Only time will tell their impact on the program. Could it be a national championship? We will just have to wait and see.
