Raymond James Stadium – Rough Tide in Tampa Bay, one Bull saw enough red to stand out.
With a final score of 17-3 10th ranked University of Alabama obtained the win over University of South Florida but it wasn’t easy.
Saturday night went a little unplanned for Alabama after going back and forth with the Bulls fighting for first downs. Going into the second quarter, the tide was down three against the Bulls and with a weather delay.
After a short break, Alabama was able to tie the game with a field goal of their own. But as the first quarter went it was a constant battle of downs with USF having defense that had the Tide treading in rough waters.
Going into the third quarter Bama was still showing signs of trouble against the USF defense until a run by Running Back Ty Simpson allowed for the Crimson Tide to finally get theirselves their first touchdown of the game against the unranked USF.
Now that Alabama was in a grove, USF tried everything they could to tie the score but it only resorted in 4th Downs and an interception. On the defensive end USF’s Daquan Evans tried everything he could to put the team on his back racking up 8 tackles, 4 TFL, 3 sacks, and a PBU

10th ranked Alabama has just 111 today
Although the defensive back put up an impressive stat line… It was another Alabama running back that put the game away. Roydell Williams punched in a final touchdown pushing the score to 17-3 and capped off the not-so-easy win over the Bulls.
