Boone, NC- Breaking News: Atlantic High (FL) WR Teddy Hoffmann commits to Appalachian State University!
Hoffmann announced his verbal commitment this morning (June 14) via his social media accounts:

Teddy chose the Mountaineers over schools like Western Kentucky, Navy and Nebraska. App. State officially offered Hoffmann on January 31, 2024.
Hoffmann, who’s currently on his Official Visit to App. State, has been blown away during his short time in Boone. When asked about what led to his commitment, Teddy shared:
“After taking my visit to App. State this weekend, I knew it was home!” Hoffmann eagerly shared. “The coaches and team welcomed me as one of their own, and made me part of this incredible community. I’m proud to be a Mountaineer, and I can’t wait for this next chapter.”
Teddy Hoffmann is a 6 foot versatile ATH that can play WR and DB at the highest level. His versatility and willingness to play both ways makes him a true weapon in a loaded Atlantic arsenal.
Teddy is currently one of four commits in the Mountaineers’ 2025 recruiting class. Hoffmann will be part of a revamped offensive class that features consensus 3-Star QB Jett Niu, local 3-Star RB Max Guest and 4-star WR Trigg Lewis.
This future offense will be a core catalyst for success in a Sun-Belt conference with a wide power vacuum for years to come.
