ROYAL PALM BEACH – Track season is under way in Palm Beach County, and the Royal Palm Beach Invitational would host 18 track teams.

Treasure Coast High School’s Faith Bostick would take home first place in both the girls 100 and 200 meter dash, posting times of 12.48 and 25.65 seconds, respectively.

Atlantic High School runner and Princeton commit Christian Brown is one of the top boys hurdlers in the state and he did not disappoint on Saturday. Brown would be a trailblazer as he took home first place in the 110 meter hurdles and 300 meter hurdles, posting times of 14.31 and 38.94 seconds, respectively.

In an interview with Atlantic track and field head coach Roderick Smith, he stated: “The goal is states! States or nothing!”

Dwyer’s girls team would take home first place overall after tallying up 87 points. Suncoast would be a close second with a total of 81 points.

Blanche Ely’s boys track team put on a show and prove to be dominant as they took home first place overall with a total of 141 points. The next closet team would be Boca Raton’s boys squad with 67 points.
