BOCA RATON, FLA. – This week’s matchup features the Treasure Coast Titans traveling south to Boca to face off against the streaking hot undefeated West Boca Raton Bulls.

Treasure Coast, despite their 0-4 start, have been known for their run-heavy offense, and they’ll be hungry for a major upset win over West Boca to kickstart their season and turn the tide on their rough start to the season.

Meanwhile, West Boca, who’s currently boasting a 3-0 record with big wins over Palm Beach Central and Benjamin, look to continue their seemingly unstoppable run with the offense led by Javion Mallory on the ground.

With the introductions out of the way let’s take a more in depth look at each team and see what they could bring to the table for tomorrow’s exciting clash.

Treasure Coast

The Titans are coming off a season-high scoring game in their loss against Dunbar, which did showcase their offensive potential despite their previous 0-4 start. They also exhibited defensive strength in a narrow loss last week, highlighting their ability to compete fiercely and signs of improvement after the 42-7 loss to First Academy the week prior. Their recent performance suggests they are finding their rhythm and will be looking to build on this momentum.

West Boca

The Bulls, currently 3-0, have been impressive both offensively and defensively. They kicked off the season with a strong but close win over Benjamin, followed by a dominant performance against Seminole Ridge, where they piled up points and controlled the game. Their balanced attack and solid defensive play, led by standout receiver Jayden Lockhart and standout running back Javion Mallory, have been keys to their success. Playing at home, West Boca Raton will be looking to extend their winning streak and solidify their top spot in the district.

Thoughts

Expect an interesting matchup as the Titans’ revitalized offense faces the Bulls’ well-rounded team. Treasure Coast will need to leverage their recent improvements to overcome West Boca Raton’s strong home advantage and balanced game plan. Both teams have plenty at stake, with the Titans seeking to continue their upward trajectory and nab their first win in an incredible upset fashion and the Bulls aiming to remain undefeated and keep their form as they look to contend for a state championship.
