Orlando, FL.- Since enrolling early this past spring, University of Central Florida’s true freshman WR Waden Charles has been turning heads.
Charles, a 6 foot 3 receiver from Boynton Beach has showed out throughout fall camp. Over the past few weeks, Waden has shined, showcasing his incredible catch radius alongside his jaw dropping jump ball abilities.
Wow: Waden Charles with genuinely the best catch I’ve seen all of fall camp. Fancher put it in a spot only he can get it and leaps in the air while adjusting his body brings it down with both feet in bounds… that’s extremely special. #UCF pic.twitter.com/t0j8e1FR45

The start of Charles makes a statement for the Frost era of UCF football, as he becomes the first true freshman to become a week one starter for the Knights since EDGE Randy Charlton in 2018. (per Stephen Leonard)
