PALM BEACH COUNTY – Let us show some love right now to Forest Hill and Wellington.

Both teams overcame slow starts to muster up inspiring winning streaks to reach our Top 10 team rankings for the first time this week.

Forest Hill (4-2) is on a three-game winning streak after taking down previously unbeaten down Park Vista (5-1) in a 16-10 road victory this past Thursday night (Oct. 14).

Wellington (4-2) has been on a three-game winning streak as well. Its best win of the season to date came this past Friday night (Oct. 15), when it went on the road to shut down Jupiter (3-4) in a 21-11 win.

In the case of Forest Hill, it has a chance to clinch the District 8-8A title this week in its district final on the road at Santaluces (1-5). This tilt is set for kickoff at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 22.

As for Wellington, its next game is on the road at Palm Beach Lakes (0-7) on Friday, Oct. 22 at 6:30 p.m.

Hitting their stride right now, both teams are in position to make even bigger gains this week and beyond. We will see how this goes.

Where are Forest Hill and Wellington ranked at this week?

Since Forest Hill took down then-No. 2 Park Vista last week, it will take the top debut this week at No. 7. And Wellington will take the second debut this week at No. 10.
