Breaking news! The Miami Dolphins extended Defensive lineman, Zach Sieler.

Sieler, who turns 30 in September, reached agreement today with the Dolphins on a three-year extension worth up to $67.75 million, including $44 million guaranteed. With his time with the Dolphins, Sieler has 30 sacks, 69 qb hits, and 49 tackles for loss. The Dolphins will save about $5 million in cap space, according to overthecap.com

The first defensive tackle in Dolphin’s history to get 10 plus sacks in a season will be staying in Miami Gardens for the next few years! The trenches will only get better with Sielers leadership and this is a very smart move by Grier for keeping one his captains and leader of the defense locked down for the future.
