GREENACRES, FL.- We have even more news coming out of the transfer portal tonight!
Tonight (January 12) our scouts discovered that Boca Raton QB, Chance Routson (’26) is now attending Palm Beach Central.
Routson put the county on notice during his sophomore season. In his first full season as a varsity starter, Chance recorded:
2,760 Passing Yards
25 Passing Touchdowns
600 Rushing Yards
5 Rushing Touchdowns
During his stellar sophomore campaign, Routson led the Boca Bobcats to an 8-5 record as well as their first FHSAA Class 4M District 11 Championship since 2000.
Routson will be joining a loaded Central offense that features 4-Star, Miami commit Waden Charles, 3-Star Kamare Williams, Nedrick Boldin, Preston Parker Jr. and Ze’Quan Wright. The Broncos finished the season 10-3 with a 4M District 10 Championship, and a trip to the Region 3 final against Monarch.
After two close pushes, is this the final piece PBC needs to make that coveted State Championship run?
