Conception is not the only offense weapon coming into the combine representing the Aggies, as Star running back Le’Veon Moss was a big part of the Texas A&M’s recent success. Despite suffering some injuries during his career, he finished with 1,700+ rushing yards and 22 touchdowns. Two out of the Aggies’ five starting offensive linemen have also received invitations to this years combine, Trey Zuhn and Dametrious Crownover.
Eight of the thirteen invitees line up on the defensive side of the ball. Defensive lineman Cashius Howell began his career at Boston College, ultimately deciding to transfer to play for the Aggies his junior year, as he broke out as a star player, being a key weapon for the TAMU defense. He ended his career with 126 total tackles and 27 sacks recorded, Howell is most noticeable for his immediate burst off the line of scrimmage adding pressure to the opposing quarterback almost immediately, securing his first round grade.
