Riviera Beach, FL. — One of Palm Beach County’s most coveted wide receivers is one step closer to making his college decision.

After a breakout 2025 campaign that has elevated his stock across the recruiting landscape, Palm Beach Lakes standout wide receiver Ryan Ferdinand has officially narrowed his recruitment to six finalists: Cincinnati, Colorado, NC State, Pittsburgh, Tulane, and UCF.

As his recruitment enters the final stages, Ferdinand has already completed or scheduled official visits with five of his six finalists.

Ryan Ferdinand’s Official Visit Schedule:

  • Pittsburgh: May 29-31
  • Colorado: June 5-7
  • Tulane: June 12-14
  • NC State: June 15-17
  • Cincinnati: June 19-21

With multiple championship-caliber programs battling for his commitment, Ferdinand said one common theme has stood out throughout the process.

“What’s stood out about these schools is from the first conversation they’ve treated me like family,” Ferdinand told NewEraPrep. “I’ve had great first three visits and I look forward to seeing the other two.”

While relationships have played a major role, the talented receiver made it clear that opportunity will be one of the deciding factors when it’s time to choose his future home.

“I’m looking for a school where I can go in and compete immediately,” Ferdinand said. “I want to play early and be developed to be my best. I know I’m the type of guy that can be the main threat on a championship team.”

The final decision may not be far away.

“I want to take my final two visits to be able to weigh out all of my options,” Ferdinand said. “Right now I’m definitely looking to make a decision shortly after my Cincinnati visit, maybe before I get back to Florida.”

The question now becomes simple: which program will convince Ryan Ferdinand that it’s home?

The answer should arrive sooner rather than later.
