The Owls have been confirmed to play in “The Dallas Tournament”, a neutral-site tournament being held at the Comerica Center in Frisco, Texas. This will be the very first year of the tournament, with reported scheduling of December 18th to the 21st.
FAU will compete alongside seven other confirmed programs: Colorado State, George Washington, Loyola-Chicago, Nevada, San Francisco, Utah State, and fellow American Conference opponent Tulsa.
Similar to the Field of 68 tip-off and the Sunshine Slam, tournaments FAU played in last season, this looks to be a very good field of competition for the Owls. Six of the other seven teams in the tournament posted 17+ win seasons in 2025-26, including 29+ win seasons from Tulsa and Utah State, with the Aggies qualifying for the 2026 NCAA Tournament, and the Golden Hurricane making and appearance in the NIT Championship.
Along with “The Dallas Tournament”, Florida Atlantic is already confirmed for two road games next season against Boston College and St. Bonaventure, part of a home-and-home series with both programs respectively.
The Owls’ remaining non-conference schedule is expected to be revealed closer to the fall, while the American Conference schedule is expected to be announced sometime this summer.
