One of the best defensive linemen in the state of Florida is down to his final four schools.

Tyler Alexander, a standout for Palm Beach Central, revealed his finalists as Georgia, Texas, Colorado, and Notre Dame. The defensive lineman, according to his 24/7 Sports page, has official visits scheduled at all four schools. Alexander already visited Colorado on May 15th, will visit Georgia on June 5th, has his Notre Dame visit on June 12th, and wraps up his current visit schedule at Texas on June 19th.

For Palm Beach Central in 2025, Alexander posted 46 tackles, 20 tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks. He also holds 37 total offers, which include schools like Florida, Miami, and Ohio State.

It is clear why Alexander has not only earned the offers he has but also why his stock continues to rise. The defensive lineman is very light on his feet, whether it is during live reps or drill work. Alexander does a great job using his hands as well. In the run game, he is able to steer offensive linemen before making plays in the backfield. As a pass rusher, he uses his hands to get past would-be blockers and set up pass-rushing moves.

Alexander’s stock has only continued to rise after his impressive 2025 season, and heading toward his senior year, the defensive lineman is in a great spot. Texas, Colorado, Notre Dame, and Georgia all offer the ability to play high-level college football, but also the ability for development with the professional level in mind.

It will be fascinating to see where the Palm Beach Central standout ends up, especially after his loaded slate of official visits. But considering his talent level and potential as a player, his recruitment will also be one of the more exciting ones to monitor over the summer and fall months.
